A session here is more than just a massage.

Imagine waking up in the morning feeling ready for your day and being present for your life rather than in pain.

Let’s face it, you know you’re more than just a human robot, a task master rushing through your day. But it’s not always easy to remember that.  When you’re stuck in your head all day long, it’s challenging to make anything better because you’re so disconnected from the vessel you’re in. How in the world can you make changes in your life if you’re not connected? You can only think your way through life so much. You actually have to feel your body in order to it.

At The Healing Eclectic, our goal is to provide you with precisely that. Whether in-person or online, our sessions offer a seamless fusion of bodywork and holistic healing techniques. These approaches target not just the physical body but also the energetic realms that encompass our mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects.

We draw from Myofascial Release (MFR) as taught by John F Barnes, Acupressure, Craniosacral Therapy,  Manual Lymph Drainage, Reflexology, Reiki and Somatic-Based Breathwork Coaching Techniques to meet your individual needs and get you on the path to healing.

This is not a cookie cutter approach to working with someone.

It is a facilitation, an opportunity to tap into the innate healing wisdom of the body that’s already within you.

Each session is different – it meets you where you’re at that present time and honors you as an individual.

Still Have Questions?

What do I wear?

If you are receiving a myofascial release session, bring shorts and a sports bra or tank top (if you’re a woman) to wear during treatment.  For Craniosacral and Reiki treatments you can be fully clothed.  Reflexology sessions are fully clothed with socks removed.

What treatment is best for me?

Each session is tailored to your individual needs for what you’re at the day of the session.  This work is an intuitive approach that may incorporate only one modality  or a few. That said, if you really want to have a reflexology session, for example, book that and your wishes will be respected and the session tailored to a reflexology experience and the like for other specific treatments.

Is my credit card charged at the time of booking the session?

Nope! That is unless you choose to pre-pay your session at the time of booking online.  Payment is due at the time of your session in person. The credit card information provided at the time of booking online will only be used in the event there is a late cancellation or no show.

What forms of payment do you accept and do you accept gratuities?

Cash, check, all major credit cards and Venmo are accepted.  While gratuity is appreciated, it’s certainly not expected.

How do I take care of myself after treatment?

This will be answered in further detail after your session, because, hey, every – body is different and will have different needs post session to enhance your unique experience.

This being said, here are some general things you can do for self care. Drink plenty of water!  It’s important to rehydrate your tissues, the ones that were dehydrated before coming into your session and tensing or cramping up as a result.

Also, it’s best to rest your body and take it easy 24-48 hours after your session. Go back to your physical activities too fast, too hard, too soon, and you run the risk of injury. Give your body the time it needs to fully rest, heal and acclimate to the changes that took place during your session.

What is your cancellation policy?

To avoid paying for your missed appointment, please give us a 24 hours notice, at minimum.

Late cancellations or no shows will result in a full session fee.
