Heather Fraelick LMT/ Bodywork & Massage PLLC dba The Healing Eclectic (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks.  Personal Information includes your name, your email, your telephone number and your payment information, which you submit to us when you register for our email newsletter, schedule an appointment, or pay for Service.

Information collected via Technology

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and the device from which you connected to the Site, the time and date of access, and other information that does not identify you personally.

“Pixels” are electronic files used to record the fact that you visited the Site and information about how you browsed the Site.

Please note that we do not alter the Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Information you provide us by registering for an account

In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, if you choose to access Service, you may be asked to provide the following Personal Information in order to receive Service: your first name, email address, telephone number, payment information, including credit card number and billing and/or mailing address, health history or any combination thereof. By registering for our email newsletter, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your name and email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By scheduling an appointment, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your name, email address, telephone number and payment information, including credit card information, billing and/or mailing address and health history. We collect and store that information through the scheduling software application MassageBook (See below for more information on the collections and retention of Personal Information through MassageBook.)

II. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

Personal Information: Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.

We share Personal Information with select third parties who help the Company provide you with Service:

We collect and store your name and email address for the delivery of our newsletter through Mad Mimi (a GoDaddy company). Mad Mimi retains that information for as long as we use Mad Mimi plus 60 days. We collect and store your name, email address, telephone number and payment information for scheduling an appointment through the scheduling software application MassageBook. We retain your information for as long as we use MassageBook, or until you ask us to delete your information. We collect your name and payment information (including credit card number) for payment of services, via the Site and/or in person at the time of Service via one of the following payment transaction systems: Square, Stripe or PayPal. Non-Personal Information

In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site.

We may also use Non-Personal Information that we collect to advertise the Site across the Internet. We will display relevant ads tailored to you based upon which parts of the Site you have viewed by placing a cooking on your cookie on your device. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. The cookie is used to say “This person visited this page, so show them ads relating to this page.” This allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.

In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time.
